Tuesday, January 27th, 2009

by Lynne LaMaster

She is a Salvadoran lawyer and a career diplomat; and has studied at the University of Oxford, England, New York University, the International Peace Academy and at Harvard.

With all of that, it’s not surprising to note that she speaks fluent Spanish and English, and intermediate French.
